Student Reception

In order to assist our students we have a staff member dedicated to their care. This staff member, the Student Services Officer, works at what is called the Student Reception. 

If students are unwell, they are asked to go to the Student Reception to see the Student Services Officer. They then either go to the Sick Bay or their family is phoned and they go home.

If a student needs to ring home they can access change from Student Reception.

If a student arrives late to school or has to leave early, then they see Student Reception.

If a student needs to see another staff member, they come to the Student Reception and this is arranged by the Student Services Officer. This person is integral to the pastoral care of students.

Lost property will only be held by the school for a period of two weeks. Named lost property will be located in the Heads of House room. Students will need to search through their relevant house container to locate any lost items. Any unnamed or non school items will be held at Student Reception. If these items remain unclaimed they will be forwarded to the second hand uniform shop, or to charity. Please encourage your daughter to check these areas as soon as the item is lost to avoid an unnecessary build up of items. A list of found items will be updated fortnightly on this page.

Parents, please take the time to clearly name all uniform items so they can be returned to their rightful owner.
